Attorney Caleb W. Grant advises clients regarding Estate Administration, Estate Planning, Trust Administration, Special Needs Planning, and Guardianships. Caleb serves clients throughout North Carolina and South Carolina.

He was admitted to practice law in South Carolina in 2016 by the South Carolina State Bar and admitted to practice law in North Carolina in 2017 by the North Carolina State Bar. Caleb is proud to be a native of York, South Carolina.

In the pursuit of higher education, Caleb’s deep appreciation for Southern charm and history led him to study in the beautiful city of Charleston, South Carolina, to attend college at the very prestigious Citadel. Caleb graduated from The Citadel with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice in 2013.

After successfully completing his demanding undergraduate college experience, Caleb chose to demand even more from himself by pursuing his law degree from the Charleston School of Law in South Carolina and earned his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) in 2016. While obtaining his Law Degree, Caleb was an editor with the Maritime Law Review Bulletin which focused on the legal maritime issues affecting Charleston, South Carolina. He is honored to have the privilege to study various areas of law under well-respected attorneys and judges before and post law school graduation.

Caleb actively serves his local community by participating with the community outreach program at Hillcrest Church, which includes food drives and conducting community events. He met his wife in their local high school. They married after graduation and settled into the cozy, quiet, historical district of York, South Carolina, with their beautiful daughter and two Miniature Dachshunds. 

 

Along with a love for his local community and the Carolinas, Caleb has a passion for serving others abroad as well. He and his wife work with an organization, Mission of Hope: Haiti, that is actively involved in community re-building and medical relief to the people in those remote areas. In his free time, Caleb likes to spend time with his friends and family. He also enjoys playing basketball, golfing, and fishing.
